And if you want to take a detour north, you can visit Javea, which has a cozy old town on the southern slope of the Montgo. A wonderful hiking trail leads past several interesting sights over this 753 m high mountain north of Javea.

• 1. In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the following percentages of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee:
• From 60 days before arrival date 25%
• From 40 days before arrival date 45%
• From 21 days before arrival date 60%
• From 14 days before arrival date 85%
• From 7 days before departure date 100%
• If a replacement tenant is found who enters into the rental agreement under the same conditions, the cancellation payment will be omitted accordingly.

The deposit amount is (30%) of the total amount and must be transferred no later than 14 days after booking. otherwise, the intermediary as well as the landlord reserve the right to cancel the booking without any right to compensation. The balance stated in the booking plus the deposit is due 6 weeks before departure. The deposit amount will be returned to the tenant's bank account within 10 working days after the end of the rental agreement, after the correct condition of the apartment has been determined.

• 3. In the event that the tenant, for any reason beyond the fault of the landlord, is unable to occupy the house or should leave it early, he must pay the entire rent agreed in this document without the possibility of compensation or reimbursement to the landlord.

• 4. For any issue related to this contract, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Denia (Alicante).
